Over the years, Foundation PIP came to the realization that not all organizations can benefit from the PIP program in a similar manner. In light of this fact, PIP has endeavored to have:
- One day Workshops: for interested organizations to become familiar with the PIP program
- Tailor-made training programs (3-5 days intensive programs)
- Intervision group formation: to improve the care work through the exchange of experiences
- Supervision: The support of a practitioner at his place of work by a PIP facilitator
